Our team of engineers, quality technicians and operators routinely measure product design against part manufacturing processes to minimize variation between parts. Lean manufacturing tools help manage and improve processes including acquiring raw materials, manufacturing and assembly processes, design and inspection procedures and our response to product defects. WM Berg is ISO 9001:2015 certified. 

How do we achieve such a high level of quality?

We make sure to meet and maintain the highest quality standards in the industry. With the help of computer aided design and reporting, Berg's precision components are tested using an AQL model sampling plan at the minimum. Up to 100% part inspections is available on modified standard and special parts. Our dedicated quality department creates control plans, PFMEAs, Gage R&R Analysis and customized inspection procedures. Our dedicated quality technician use the following equipment:

  • Zeiss Duramax CMM
  • OGP Smart Scope
  • Laser Micrometer
  • Double-Flank Gear Tester

PPAP and FAI inspection reports are available upon request for modified standard and special parts.
