Capabilities
Berg operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified, world class manufacturing facility in Cudahy, WI. The facility currently features multiple CNC lathe machines, 3 and 5 Axis CNC milling machines, Gear hobbing machines, Bevel gear cutting machines, gear shaping machines, molding machines, assembly and thread rolling machines all maintained and organized within a lean environment.

Berg continues to invest in new technologies, such as the Koepfer Gear Hobber. These machines and the skilled workforce at Berg support our ability to offer our extensive standard catalog precision components and special part manufacturing capabilities.
