Pow-R-Vee

Pow-R-Vee belts are a lightweight V-belt alternative consisting of polyurethane plastic molded over a single stainless steel cable core. Due to the unique design, this series offers a high heat resistance and smooth operation with less inertia than standard V-belts. The cogged design has greater transverse flexibility, permits odd angle and three-dimensional drives, allows for smaller V-belt pulley diameters and compensates for misalignment of pulleys by permitting an angle (7° maximum misalignment). Pow-R-Vee can be spliced to any length in the field, thus allowing belts to be replaced quickly. Customizations including belt color are available.
