Our web site uses several symbols to quickly indicate stock quantity. The stock symbols indicate quantities which are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Stock quantities are updated every 24 hours. If one of the products ordered is out of stock or partially in stock, we will contact you for further instructions.

In Stock - The maximum quantity shown is in stock
Partially In Stock - The minimum quantity is in stock, the maximum quantity is not in stock.
Out Of Stock - The minimum quantity shown is not in stock.
Initial user registration on the web site are for credit card sales, faxed or mailed in orders. Call your W.M. Berg sales representative to inquire about using your company account on the web site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and money orders. Credit card orders will be charged immediately prior to shipment. Payment must be received previous to shipment. All prices are quoted in US$ Dollars. Payments must be made in US$ Dollars.
Orders received before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM will ship the next business day.
We will send a confirmation email to the email address provided within 24 hours of submitting your order. If not received within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.
Shipments made to CA, TX, IL, OH, GA, PA, NY and MA are taxable. We accept tax-exempt orders. Fax your tax exempt certificate to Customer Service at (800) 455-BERG. We will process your order upon receipt.
When you place an order and initiate check out, the browser session automatically becomes encrypted. Credit card data is not stored on our web site.
Shipments are made via United Parcel Service. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please include a valid shipping address. Allow up to 5-7 business days for ground service. International and Canadian shipments will incure additional shipping charges. Please call directly or email Customer Service for a quotation on shipping charges for these destinations.
We will send a confirmation email, including UPS tracking number to the email address provided within 1 hour of shipping your order.
During our registration process, we asked you to choose a password. If you've forgotten your password, click here. Enter the email address you provided with your registration, leave the password blank and click Continue. Your password will be automatically emailed to you.
Update Registration Data
Each time you log into your account, you will have the opportunity to change your billing and shipping information. After making your updates, click Save Changes. In doing this, your account will automatically update with the correct information.
