Shop Lead Screw Assemblies

Linear Ball Slides are designed to provide precise linear movement for light to medium loads. Their construction consists of precision Grade 5 balls rolling along ground wire ways. Since the rolling contact surface is a point, the bearing ways are self cleaning, expelling matter which may deposit on their surfaces.

  • Travel: 1/2 to 24"
  • Load: 1.50 lbs to 520 lbs

Linear Roller Slides are designed to provide precise linear movement for medium to heavy loads. Their improved stiffness and rigidity mean long term reliability under the punishment of vibration and shock conditions. Precision rollers rolling along ground flat ways. Since the rolling contact surface is a line, they can support greater loads than the ball slides.

  • Travel: 1/2" to 18"
  • Load: 5 lbs to 170 lbs.
