Our State Of The Art Facility

150,000 Square Foot Lean Manufacturing Facility

Berg operates an ISO 9001:2008 certified, world class manufacturing facility in Cudahy, WI.  The facility currently features multiple CNC lathe machines, 3 and 5 Axis CNC milling machines, Gear hobbing machines, Bevel gear cutting machines, gear shaping machines, molding machines, assembly and thread rolling machines all maintained and organized within a lean environment.

Berg continues to invest in new technologies, such as the Koepfer Gear Hobber that is due to start work in 2016. These machines and the skilled workforce at Berg support our ability to offer our extensive standard catalog precision components and special part manufacturing capabilities.
